Phonosurgery or Laryngeal Framework surgery or Voice surgery is a new group of surgeries that aim to maintain, restore or enhance the human voice. Phono surgery also includes Phonomicrosurgery or Microsurgery of the vocal folds down by using microscope, Phonosurgery or Laryngeal Framework surgery and Injection Laryngoplasty or injecting bio compatible material into vocal cords to improve voice. Sometimes Botox injected into vocal folds in spasmodic dysphonia.

5. Presbylarynx - Dysphonia due to old age because of bowing of vocal cords
